Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program

Permanent Residency in New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island
In March 2017, Citizenship and Immigration Canada announced that they are accepting applications for permanent residency in Canada under the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program designed for New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island. The Government of Canada will process up to 2,000 applications in 2017.
Employers in these Canadian provinces will be involved in the permanent residency application process, with all applicants under Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program required to obtain a job offer in order to meet the eligibility criteria. Applicants also require provincial endorsement before submitting an application to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) .
