Permanent Residency in Ontario, Canada for Eligible Workers, Graduate, & Professionals
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is an economic immigration program designed to help Ontario employers and companies to select qualified foreign workers, professionals, and individuals to fill specific positions. The program's objective is to contribute to the economic development of the province of Ontario in Canada by nominating, for permanent residence, eligible candidates who meet this immigration program's criteria of skills, credentials, and experience.
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is designed to help employers announce approved permanent, full-time positions to be filled by foreign nationals. Investors who are endorsed by the program can also benefit from it to have key employees obtain permanent resident status in Canada. In response to announced or advertised positions approved by the program, foreign workers and professionals can then apply to be recruited by an employer or a company; and provided they meet the requirements of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) responsible for reviewing their permanent residency applications, they may be nominated for permanent residence as Provincial Nominees. If an applicant is nominated by the program they can then apply for permanent residence through Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) who makes the final decision on each application and issues permanent resident visas to successful applicants.
