More than Just a Provider of Business Immigration Services
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AND DIVERSITY
We believe in equal treatment of all employees and candidates regardless of gender, disabilities, sexual orientation, ethnicity, national origin, religion, or political views. We have a diverse workforce that reflects the multi-cultural heart of our province and the country we operate in. Our employees come from different backgrounds and various national origins. They collectively empower our operations, and in one particular way, they help transform our law firm into a multilingual business able to serve global clients in at least seven languages. CONSERVING ENERGY Despite being a small business, we believe we can contribute significantly to protecting the environment. Hence, we strive to conserve energy by using energy efficient equipment and devices. We encourage turning-off all electronics and lights when not in use especially after-hours, holidays, and weekends. SAVING PAPER We also minimize the use of printing paper by relying on electronic files for sharing information and circulating memos. We always encourage our employees to use the duplex printing feature of our multi-function printer to reduce paper consumption. This is not only an Eco-friendly solution, but helps with cutting costs as well. We use recyclable office printing paper from suppliers who comply with the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) guidelines aiming at improving forest management. Moreover, we create notepads by stapling decks of cut paper sheets using printouts from the recycling bins or leftover sheets with at least one blank side in order to reduce waste and cut costs at the same time. |
